Equity & Te Tiriti

The waiting-list problem is not shared evenly — the people the system loses most are Māori, Pacific and rural patients, and a promise that no one gets lost has to mean something for exactly those people, or it means very little. We commit to equity by design: cultural safety in how our tools communicate, partnership in how we build, and honest measurement of who our work actually reaches. We honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi as a foundation for how this company operates, not a statement on a wall — and our cultural governance has a named leader with the authority to hold us to it.
